Let's Make It
Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in juice.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
Stir in fruit; pour into 1-1/2-qt. mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving.
How to Unmold Gelatin
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
Seasonal fresh fruit can be substituted for the canned fruit. However, fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi, ginger, papaya, figs or guava should not be used since the gelatin will not set.
