What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into thin strips
1/2 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2 green pepper, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1 cup refried beans, warmed
4 flour tortilla s (10 inch), warmed
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until chicken is evenly browned. Add onions and peppers; cook 2 to 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is done. Stir in dressing; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Spread beans down centers of tortillas; top with chicken mixture, salsa, cheese and lettuce. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
Prepare using whole wheat tortillas.
Prepare using your favorite variety of onions and peppers.
How to Warm the Tortillas
Stack tortillas; wrap in damp paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or just until tortillas are warmed.
