Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1 lb.)
1/2 lb. fresh mushroom s, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, mushrooms and onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning chicken and stirring vegetables after 5 min. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving cooked vegetables in skillet; cover chicken to keep warm.
Add tomatoes to vegetables in skillet; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with chicken and cheeses; cook, covered, 2 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
Serve with hot cooked rotini pasta, and a crisp green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
