Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 small boneless skinless chicken breast (4 oz.), cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup each chopped green and red bell pepper s
1/4 cup slivered red onion s
1/4 cup frozen corn
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/3 cup KRAFT Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
2 tsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Cook chicken with vegetables in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Mix barbecue sauce and chipotle peppers; spread over crust. Top with cheese and chicken mixture.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
Drizzle with 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing before serving.
