Cut remaining garlic clove in half; rub cut sides of garlic inside surface of salad bowl. Add croutons, remaining dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers, basil and lemon juice to bowl; mix lightly.
Add 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese to the salad with the vegetables.
