What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 cups each tightly packed arugula, baby spinach leaves and watercress
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, cut into thin matchlike sticks
Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
Add dressing; mix lightly.
Omit arugula and watercress. Prepare salad using 6 cups baby spinach leaves.
