What You Need
Original recipe yields 22 servings
1 can (19 oz.) cannellini beans, drained
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Process ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Spoon into microwaveable serving bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.
This creamy dip can be made ahead of time. Prepare as directed, except do not heat. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and heat as directed.
For extra heat, stir in a dash of ground red pepper (cayenne) or crushed red pepper.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables and/or your favorite crackers.
