1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. kale, stems and ribs removed, coarsely chopped (about 3 cups)
2/3 cup apple juice
2 Granny Smith apple s, chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallot s
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
2 tsp. brown sugar

Cook veggie burgers as directed on package.

Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add kale; cook 1 min. Stir in apple juice; cover. Cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in apples and shallots; cook, covered, 8 to 10 min. or until kale and apples are crisp-tender.

Combine remaining ingredients; stir into kale mixture. Cook, covered, on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until mixture comes to boil, stirring frequently.

Serve kale mixture with burgers.
