Let's Make It
Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Stir in nuts, sugar and 1/4 tsp. five-spice powder. Bring to boil. Cook and stir 30 sec. Spread onto bottom of crust. Cool.
Beat pudding mixes, remaining five-spice powder, milk and vanilla in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in half of the COOL WHIP. Spread over nut layer in crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
Since this pie makes 10 servings, it's the perfect dessert to serve at your next party.
Garnish with additional chopped PLANTERS Walnuts.
