Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 pkg. (7-1/4 oz. each) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onion s
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green olive s
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min. Add cilantro, olives and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are tender.
Add sour cream and half each of the vegetable mixture and shredded cheese to prepared Dinners; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining vegetable mixture and shredded cheese.
Bake 10 min. or until heated through.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
For extra kick, stir 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper into Dinner mixture before spooning into casserole dish.
