Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two 12-cup muffin pans with either paper liners or aluminum foil*. In a medium bowl, combine salt, flour, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
In a larger, microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate in 25 second intervals until melted. Whisk smooth, then whisk in both sugars. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla.
Slowly whisk in flour mixture until a thick, smooth batter forms. Fill each cavity in the muffin pan with a scant 1/4 cup of batter.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a brownie comes out clean. Let cool in pan for several minutes before carefully removing to a wire rack, removing the foil or paper liners, and cooling completely before decorating.
Beat butter and cream cheese until fully combined and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the sifted powdered sugar, one cup at a time, and beat until thick frosting comes together.
Decorate: Place two round colored candies in the center of your brownies. Fill a clean, empty KRAFT Mayo jar with the prepared frosting (or use a piping bag and flat piping tip) and create frosting "bandages" across your mummy brownies.
*Note: I cut squares of foil and pushed them into the cupcake cavities because I wanted smooth edges. However, traditional cupcake liners will be fine if you don't mind the ridges they leave once you remove them.
