1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

4 boneless beef strip steak s (1-1/4 lb.), 3/4 inch thick

Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix all ingredients except steaks; rub onto both sides of steaks.
Grill 6 to 8 min. or to medium doneness (160ºF), turning after 4 min.
