Tossed with a spicy peanut sauce, this tasty tofu stir-fry is perfect for meat-free Monday—or any day of the week!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 lb. extra-firm tofu, drained, patted dry and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 each red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Let's Make It
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add tofu; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until golden brown. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add onions, garlic, ginger and crushed pepper; cook and stir 1 min. Add bell peppers; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Return tofu to skillet along with the dressing mixture; stir. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is thickened.
Serve with hot steamed rice.
For stir-frying, tofu needs to be firm and dry. Set the drained tofu on a paper towel and press gently with another paper towels to remove moisture form the surface.
