Heat oven to 450ºF.
Cut phyllo sheets crosswise in half. Place 1 cheese piece along one short side of each phyllo piece; fold in opposite sides of phyllo, then roll up burrito style to completely enclose cheese.
Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spray lightly with additional cooking spray.
Bake 4 min. or until golden brown, turning after 2 min. Serve with pasta sauce.
How to Work with Phyllo Dough
Thaw frozen phyllo sheets in their original packaging in the refrigerator 24 hours before using. To prevent the phyllo from drying out, keep it covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use.
