Bring chili and franks to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Simmer on low heat 3 min.
Spoon chili into 4 servings bowls. Top with cheese and onions.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing and a slice of bread.
Serve with an assortment of chili toppings, such as sliced black olives, chopped tomatoes and BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream.
