Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 containers (6 oz. each) plain low-fat yogurt
1 small beet, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 carrot, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1/4 cup KOOL-AID Orange Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix
1/4 cup ice cubes

Blend all ingredients except ice in blender until smooth.

Pour through fine-mesh strainer; discard strained solids.

Return strained drink to blender. Add ice; blend until thickened.
