What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup water
Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
SPRAY 2 rimmed baking sheets with cooking spray.
Mix ingredients just until blended; shape into 48 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheets.
Bake 12 min. or until done (160ºF).
Prepare and bake meatballs as directed; cool completely. Use immediately or place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. Freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator before using as desired.
