What You Need
Original recipe yields 14 servings
4 zucchini (1-1/2 lb.), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
6 green onions, chopped
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
16 round buttery crackers, crushed

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs; spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
For added color, substitute 2 yellow squash for 2 of the zucchini.
