4 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
3 cups watermelon cubes (3/4 inch)

1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Heat heavy large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sugar and nuts; cook 3 to 5 min. or until sugar melts and evenly coats nuts, stirring constantly. Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.
