1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion s
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper s
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
2 oz. KRAFT Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into small cubes
8 flour tortillas (6 inch), heated

Let's Make It
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in onions and peppers; cook 5 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add salsa and cream cheese; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is heated through. Remove from heat; stir in cheddar.
Serve in tortillas.
Serve topped with chopped fresh cilantro.
