Ground turkey meatballs seasoned with Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt are threaded with veggies in these tasty grilled kabobs.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground turkey
14 saltine crackers, crushed
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 each green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended.
Shape into 16 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs. Thread onto 4 skewers alternately with peppers and onions.
Grill 15 min. or meatballs are done (165ºF) and vegetables are tender, turning skewers occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
Serve with hot cooked brown rice and a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
