What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
24 Reduced Fat OREO Cookies, finely crushed
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. brandy extract
3 egg s
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup strawberry preserves

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Melt 2 oz. chocolate as directed on package.
Beat Neufchatel, sugar and extract in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center is almost set. Cool 5 min. Top with strawberry slices; cover with preserves. Melt remaining chocolate; drizzle over cheesecake. Cool cheesecake completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.
