Here's a genius way to serve 16 with one cup of ice cream: Spear small balls of ice cream with lollipop sticks and dip them in melted chocolate and nuts.
Cover baking sheet with waxed paper. Scoop ice cream into 16 small balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each; place on prepared baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours, inserting wooden pop stick into center of each after 1 hour.

Melt 1 pkg. chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle chocolate over 8 ice cream balls, then dip bottom half of each in remaining melted chocolate to completely cover ball. Immediately dip in nuts. Return to baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chocolate, ice cream balls and nuts.

Freeze 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.
