Grate zest, then squeeze juice from 3 limes to measure 3 Tbsp. zest and 1/2 cup juice. Reserve 1 tsp. zest for garnish. Whisk remaining zest with lime juice and next 3 ingredients until blended.
Arrange half the cake slices on bottom of 9-inch square dish, overlapping as necessary to fit; pour half the milk mixture over cake slices in dish. Repeat. Cover with COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate 2 hours. Make Citrus Twists from remaining limes. (See tip.) Use to garnish dessert along with the reserved zest.

How to Make Citrus Twists
Use sharp knife to cut an orange, lemon or lime into thin slices. Cut a slit halfway through each slice, just to center. Twist slices from slits in opposite directions to form twists.
