1 lb. red potatoes (about 3), peeled, cubed
4 carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 small onion, quartered
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup water
1 env. (1-1/4 oz.) onion soup mix
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
