What You Need
Original recipe yields 32 servings
1 lb. beef skirt steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 tomato, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jar (7.5 oz.) TACO BELL® Mild Sauce

Let's Make It
Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package, substituting the chopped skirt steak for the ground beef. Spoon into large microwaveable bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
Cool any leftover dip, then refrigerate in airtight container up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave before serving.
Prepare using a beef flank steak.
Serve with tortilla chips and/or cut-up fresh vegetables.
