Strictly speaking, they're not kabobs. But these foil packets grill up quickly with bite-size pieces of chicken and veggies—and even rice!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1-1/3 cups water
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 zucchini, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Spoon rice onto centers of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil with sides folded up slightly; pour 1/3 cup water over each. Top with remaining ingredients.
Fold foil to make 4 packets.
Grill 15 min. or until chicken is done and rice is tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
Add dash of your favorite seasoning, such as garlic powder, crushed red pepper or Italian seasoning, to ingredients in each packet before grilled as directed.
Foil packets can be refrigerated up to 6 hours before grilling as directed.
