1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2-1/4 cups sugar, divided
5 egg s, divided
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1 cup flour
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups strawberries, halved
2 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add 2 cups sugar; mix well. Whisk in 4 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir in flour.
Spread onto bottom of foil-lined 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min.
Mix cream cheese and remaining sugar, egg and vanilla until blended. Slowly pour over brownie layer in pan. Bake 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package. Top dessert with strawberries; drizzle with melted chocolate.

Use bag to drizzle chocolate over dessert.

Microwave BAKER'S Chocolate to be used in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-sec. increments until chocolate is completely melted.
