1 onion, thinly sliced
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) 98%-fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup

Meanwhile, cook chicken and onions in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done and onions are tender, stirring frequently. Stir in soup, sour cream and paprika; simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Top with prepared stuffing; cover. Cook 5 min. or until heated through.
