What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 small tomato, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped

Cook rice as directed on package; cool. Meanwhile, cook sausage in skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
Mix next 4 ingredients until blended.
Combine rice, sausage, celery, tomatoes and peppers in medium bowl. Add MIRACLE WHIP mixture; mix lightly.
Serve this colorful salad on lettuce-covered plates.
