Meatballs get top billing in our spaghetti and meatballs! They're made with a special ingredient that makes them better than your average meatball.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. (1/4 of pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
2 cups OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix meat and coating mix just until blended; shape into 12 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with pasta sauce; cover.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until meatballs are done (160°F). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Drain spaghetti. Serve topped with meatballs, sauce and cheese.
How to Easily Shape the Meatballs
Use small (1-1/2 inch) ice cream scoop to easily portion and shape the meat mixture for the meatballs.
