4 leaves Boston lettuce

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Cover serving plate with lettuce; top with chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Add 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander to the chicken mixture.
How to Cook Chicken
Microwave chicken in covered microwaveable dish on HIGH 6 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Or, heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Prepare using iceberg lettuce leaves.
