Press pizza dough onto bottom and up side of 12-inch pizza pan; top with meat mixture, broccoli, peppers and cheese.
Bake, on bottom oven rack, 25 to 30 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve with a mixed green salad for a quick-and-tasty weekday meal.
Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper over pizza before baking as directed.
