1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chocolate; cover.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Shape into ball; roll in nuts. Serve with wafers.
