2/3 cup milk
1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen French-cut green beans, thawed, drained
1-1/3 cups french-fried onions, divided

Heat oven to 350°F.

Whisk Neufchatel, milk, garlic powder and pepper in large bowl until blended.

Add beans and 2/3 cup onions; mix lightly.

Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 30 min. or until heated through.

Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 min.
