This sweet and savory salad has it all—from oranges and pineapples to jicama, red onions and cilantro.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
1 navel orange, sectioned, halved
1 cup chopped jicama
3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion s
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Whisk remaining ingredients until blended.
Add dressing to salad; toss to evenly coat.
Add the zest of 1 lime to dressing before tossing with salad.
Substitute 1 seeded and finely chopped serrano or habanero pepper for the ground red pepper.
Serve over fish tacos.
