What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups wheat bran flake cereal
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
3/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup shredded sweet potato

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix cereal, 1/3 cup barbecue sauce and egg product in large bowl until blended. Add meat and vegetables; mix lightly.
Shape into loaf; place on broiler pan lined with foil. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake 1 hour or until done (160°F).
Serve with cooked brown rice and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing, such as CATALINA.
Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
