No need to boil the noodles first in this fast and easy lasagna. The ready-made spaghetti sauce makes them nice and tender in the oven.

Original recipe yields 9 servings
1 container (32 oz.) POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1 egg
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) POLLY-O Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix ricotta cheese and egg until blended.

Layer 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce, 3 noodles, half the ricotta mixture and 1-1/2 cups mozzarella in 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover with foil.

Bake 45 min. Remove foil. Bake 15 min. or until noodles are tender. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad to round out the meal.

Prepare as directed, increasing sauce to 4 cups and adding 1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained, to sauce before layering with other ingredients in pan.

E-Z Spinach Lasagna
Prepare as directed, adding 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry, 1/2 cup POLLY-O Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves to ricotta cheese mixture before layering with other ingredients in pan.

Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil to ricotta cheese mixture and adding layers of 1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable blend, thawed, drained and chopped, between other layers of ingredients.

Substitute 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles for uncooked noodles.
