4 egg s, beaten
1 red pepper, chopped
4 flour tortilla s (6 inch), warmed
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, warmed as directed on package

Cook eggs in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until set, stirring frequently. Stir in peppers.
Spoon onto tortillas; top with cheese and bacon. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
Serve with your favorite fresh fruit and a cold glass of fat-free milk to round out the meal.
These tasty burritos can be prepared ahead of time. Wrap individually in foil, then place in warm oven and hold up to 30 min. before serving.
