Let the neighbors go crazy trying to outdo one another at the grill. These easy hot dog kabobs prove once again that nice and easy does it!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 OSCAR MAYER Beef Franks or Wieners
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickles chunks (1 inch)
1 cup partially cooked cubed potatoes
1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
4 cups tightly packed torn mixed salad greens

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Thread franks onto 8 skewers alternately with tomatoes, pickles and potatoes. Place in shallow dish.
Pour dressing over kabobs; turn to evenly coat. Refrigerate 10 min. to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
Grill kabobs 5 min. on each side or until franks are heated through. Serve over salad greens.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water for 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Substitute 3 cups hot cooked rice for the salad greens.
Partially cook potatoes in the microwave before threading onto skewers so they are done at the same time as the meat.
