What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained, liquid reserved

Let's Make It
Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough cold water to reserved pineapple liquid to measure 1-1/4 cups. Stir into gelatin.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
Stir in pineapple chunks; pour into 1-1/2-qt. mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving.
Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Orange Tangerine Flavor Gelatin.
How to Unmold Gelatin
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
Seasonal fresh fruit can be substituted for the canned fruit. However, fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi, gingerroot, papaya, figs or guava should not be used since the gelatin will not set.
