What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 whole wheat tortilla s (10 inch)
2 slices each Pepper Jack and Sharp Cheddar from KRAFT Pepper Jack and Sharp Cheddar Combo Pack Cheese Slices
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Spread mayo onto tortillas.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Fold in both sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
Serve with a cold glass of fat-free milk and piece of fresh fruit.
Plum tomatoes, also called Roma tomatoes, are great tomatoes to use year round. In addition to having great flavor, their firm texture holds up well when chopped.
Selecting, Ripening & Storing Avocados
Look for avocados that are either slightly soft or firm. Small light-brown markings on the peels are normal and won't affect the quality of the fruit inside. If mashing the avocados for recipe use, look for softer avocados. If needing sliced avocados, or if not using immediately, select firmer pieces of fruit. Avocados will continue to ripen after being picked. To ripen, place in paper bag and let stand at room temperature until desired softness. Ripe avocados can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
