Brush outsides of sandwiches with remaining oil. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.

How to Cut the Cauliflower
Remove green leaves from cauliflower; trim stem close to base. Carefully cut cauliflower into slices, starting at top of head and cutting through head to bottom (stem) end.
