4 small sweet potatoes (1-1/2 lb.)
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Prick potatoes in several places with fork; place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 11 min. or until tender. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
Cut crosswise slit in top of each potato; fluff center with fork. Top with pineapple mixture.
Microwave 1 min. or until heated through.
Sprinkle potatoes with ground cinnamon just before serving.
