Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta, uncooked
1 can (14.5 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichoke hearts, drained

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain; return to pan.
Add tomatoes, artichokes and 1/2 cup cheese to pasta; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
