dash crushed red pepper
1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can (12 oz.) corn, drained
1 cup vegetable broth
1 Tbsp. chili powder

Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions and crushed pepper; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender.

Add beans, tomatoes, corn, vegetable broth and chili powder; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
