What You Need
Original recipe yields 36 servings
2 cups flour
2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 egg s
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine flour, oats and baking soda; set aside. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
Press about 2/3 of the dough onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with chocolate. Top evenly with spoonfuls of the remaining dough; press gently to secure.
Bake 22 to 25 min. or until edges are golden brown.

Dough will be sticky. Dip fingers in flour before pressing dough onto bottom of prepared pan to help prevent dough from sticking to your hands.
For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method. Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed. Remove foil. When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.
