Original recipe yields 18 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
zest and juice from 1 key lime
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
18 vanilla wafers

Let's Make It
Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lime zest and juice in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
Place 1 wafer in each of 18 paper-lined muffin cups; cover with cream cheese mixture.
Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
Prepare using KRAFT Neufchatel Cheese and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Garnish with toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut and additional lime zest just before serving.
Prepare using zest and juice from a regular lime.
