1 large tomato, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeño pepper s

2 egg white s
6 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Whisk whole eggs and egg whites until blended; pour into large nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until soft set, stirring occasionally.
Spoon eggs onto tortillas; top with cheese, tomato mixture and cilantro. Fold in half.
Substitute 1/3 cup chopped yellow onions for the green onions.
