7 slices OSCAR MAYER Butcher Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place wire rack on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet. Arrange bacon slices in single layer on rack.
Top with rosemary; sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until sugar is bubbly and bacon is crisp. Cool 5 min.; transfer to paper towels to drain.
Substitute ground ginger for the rosemary.
Serve as a breakfast treat or appetizer. Or, crumble and sprinkle over your favorite mixed green salad.
